Learn to Set Realistic Goals

Setting realistic weight loss goals is crucial to long-term success! Not only will you suffer trying to meet unrealistic goals, but it's too easy to get so down-trodden trying to make them happen that you give up altogether.
Using some simple guidelines will help you keep your goals in line. I call my favorite guidelines for goal-setting "The Five P's". Realistic goals should be:
- Positive
- Precise
- Prioritized
- Planned
- Performance-based
