My Exercise Mission Statement

My exercise mission statement is coming along. Under each category I've come up with at least one form of exercise (most have 2-3), varying from walking to taking a toning class at the Y to lifting dumbells on my own.

What I am working on now is to list a date under each category that I'm going to commit to doing that exercise. I have the exercise class schedule and a calendar nearby. I've also taken a look at weather forecasts and I've made a note of alternative activities (e.g. in case it rains the day of my outdoor walk, I'll come in and do a Leslie Sansone video).

My next goal is to actually write my mission. I'll post that next. How's your weight loss mission statement coming along?
