Did you know peanut butter can help with weight management? Research has shown that snacking on it helps control hunger without weight gain. I've actually found this to be the case for years and I eat peanut butter almost daily ... and despite the fat content, it's never caused my weight to spike.

Why not try peanut butter on apple slices or whole grain crackers as an afternoon snack next week? You may be surprised to find that 4 p.m. cravings monster doesn't rear its ugly head; you may also find you're less likely to overeat when it's time to sit down to dinner.
