10 Ways to Fail at Weight Loss

You might not want to hear this, but there are at least 10 sure-fire ways to blow your diet.

My worst problem? All-or-nothing thinking; it goes like this, "If I blow my diet at dinner, I might as well call it off for good." That mistake has caused me to do a lot of yo-yo dieting throughout my weight loss journey.
