I've been beating myself up lately about walking faster on my treadmill. This little voice inside my head says "Pick up the pace, slow-poke!" while my 9-times-dislocated knee says, "I'm givin' her all she's got, captain!". This new study puts my mind at ease. Not to mention my knees. ;-) Turns out moderate-intensity exercise works just as well for long-term weight loss as the hard stuff!
