Kraft Foods Gets Friendlier

Between out-of-control portion sizes and mouth-watering television ads, it often seems that corporate America hopes to conspire against our weight loss efforts. But one company, Kraft Foods, Inc., wants to help Americans in the fight against obesity. One of the main changes the company plans to make is instituting a cap on portion sizes. Since portion control can be the key to weight loss success, this change could be quite significant. Here's one company that is becoming just a little more "loser"-friendly!
